Stock items are usually shipped 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Completion times on custom orders vary depending on the weekly workflow. In some cases items may be out of stock. In this case, you will be notified that the order may take an additional 3-5 business days. If you would like to cancel your order please notify us with in 24 hours. After your order is placed you will receive a order confirmation e-mail with your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us to make sure your order went through.
